Yeah Yeah Yeahs - More UK tours

I feel like the luckiest girl alive!!!  Not only have YYY's announced a second UK tour (thats twice in one year!!!!!!!) I managed to get tics this morning, YAY! Heads will roll, heads will roll....... roll on November baby.

I have been celebrating all day by playing YYY's very LOUD in the shop and dancing around the sale rail Karen O stylee.  All together now: OFF WITH HEAD, DANCE DANCE TILL YOU'RE DEAD HEADS WILL ROLL HEADS WILL ROLL HEADS WILL ROLL ON THE FLOOR

The Yeah Yeah Yeah's gig tics went on sale last Feb at 9am.  Despite being on the case, tics sold out within minutes and at 12 minutes past 9, not only was I ticketless, I was distraught and fought hard not to shed a tear - its been two years since I last saw Karen and co ...... weep sniff weep

At lunch time, everything changed.  My super lovely boyfriend Bruce had managed to buy two tickets on ebay. I screamed with excitement, felt like the luckiest girl alive with the best boyfriend in the world.

After all the excitement the day finally came. The gig took place at Sheperd's Bush, we managed to get right to the front, moshed like there was no tomorrow, the YYY's played an amazing set, and it was the best night ever. Karen, Nick, Brian, you are the coolest, I salute you.

Hell Yeah...... Yeah Yeahs

 The Yeah Yeah Yeahs are not only releasing their album "Its blitz" on 13th April but they are also doing a tour.  OMG I'm sooooo excited.  Tics go on sale tomorrow at 9am.  I will be in front of my Mac at 8.55 counting down the minutes, heart pounding,hoping and praying that they don't sell out in world record time, or at least if they do, and indeed I hope they do - please god let mine be the last two before the world record is set.
